It says it was uploaded in September 2012, so, maybe that was when I first saw it. I recall seeing the interview on 9/11, that afternoon and do remember that before the towers even fell, the narrative that Bin Laden was behind the whole thing was already in full swing by 9:30 am.

It was later found out that the guy on the street (apparently being watched by what could have been a secret service agent) was a no-name actor, and was quite possibly a plant to start the jet fuel weakening the steel and bringing down the story of the towers that have been carried through to this day!
